ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6.1 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PUBLIC ART PROJECT UPDATES Staff will provide updates on Rengstorff Park Aquatics Center (Project 18-38), Rengstorff Park Maintenance and Tennis Buildings (Project 21-48), Transit Center Grade Separation and Access Project (Project 21-35), and Evelyn Park (Project 21-60). The VAC will discuss art submissions and the results of the jury. 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 CASTRO INTERIM PEDESTRIAN MALL STREET TREATMENT CONCEPTS Attachment(s): Castro Interim Pedestrian Mall Street Treatment Concepts Memorandum Staff will provide an update on the proposal for street treatments for Castro Street (100-300 blocks). The VAC will discuss and provide input. 7.2 ELECTION PROCESS FOR 2024 CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR Attachment(s): Election Process for 2024 Memorandum The Committee shall nominate and elect a new Chair and Vice Chair for 2024. 7.3 CLARIFICATIONS ON MURALS Attachment(s): Murals Memorandum Staff will provide an update on insurance and murals per direction from Committee. 8. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time. 9.
