NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Rental Housing Committee Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Proposed Budget Recommendation: That the Rental Housing Committee (RHC or Committee) review, discuss, and provide confirmation or any additional feedback to the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Proposed Budget for the RHC, including the amounts advanced by the City to assist with the implementation and administration of the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act (CSFRA). The Fiscal Year 2017-18 Budget is scheduled for adoption at a meeting of the RHC on October 23, 2017. Attachments: Staff Report ATT 1 - RHC Proposed Budget ATT 2 - Legal Fee Budget proposal for Goldfarb & Lipman, LLP ATT 3 - Reimbursement of Funding by the City 8. COMMISSION/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time. 9. ADJOURNMENT - At 9:03 p.m., Chair Honey adjourned the meeting to the next RHC Meeting to be held on Monday, October 23, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 500 Castro Street.
