All members of the Rental Housing Committee will participate in the meeting by video conference, with no physical meeting location. NEW BUSINESS 8.1 Study session regarding Mobile Homes and Rent Stabilization Recommendation: For the RHC to receive background information on the policy context of mobile homes and the specific issue of mobile home rent stabilization in Mountain View. Because there is pending litigation related to the coverage of mobile homes under the CSFRA, no action by the RHC is recommended at this time.
