All members of the Rental Housing Committee will participate in the meeting by video conference, with no physical meeting location. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC Steven Goldstein expressed concern to the RHC regarding the use of electronic service for formal petition documents. This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the agenda. To review and adopt amendments to CSFRA Regulations Chapter 11: Registration to specify precise process for exemption determinations and appeals of exemption determinations.
