Attachments: ATT 1 - Rent Stabilization Monthly Status Report February 2022 ATT 2 - Eviction Prevention Program Monthly Status Report February 2022 7.2 CSFRA Compliance and Enforcement Mechanisms Recommendation: To provide direction regarding potential administrative compliance policy with regard to the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act (CSFRA). Attachments: Staff Report 7.3 Draft Amendments to Chapters 2 and 11 of CSFRA Regulations Recommendation: 1. Amend CSFRA Regulations Chapter 2: Definitions to clarify the definition of "Base Rent." 2. Amend CSFRA Regulations Chapter 11: Registration to add requirement that Landlords provide Notice of Applicability of Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act (CSFRA) at the commencement of a new Tenancy. Attachments: Staff Report ATT 1 - Draft Resolution to Adopt Amendment to Chapter 2 ATT 2 - Draft Resolution to Adopt Amendment to Chapter 11 City of Mountain View Page 3 Printed on 4/1/2022 Rental Housing Committee Agenda March 28, 2022 7.4 Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Program Recommended Budget for FY 2021-22 and FY 2022-23 Recommendation: To review and provide feedback on the recommended Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Program budget for FY 2021-2022 and FY 2022-23, including amounts advanced by the City to assist with the startup and implementation of the MHRSO. The budget is scheduled for adoption at a subsequent meeting of the Rental Housing Committee (RHC) on April 25, 2022.
