7.3 Draft Amendments to Chapters 7 and 11 of CSFRA Regulations
Nazanin Salehi, Special Counsel, Goldfarb and Lipman, presented an oral report and responded
to questions.

MOTION: M/S - Ramos/Rosas - To amend CSFRA Regulations Chapter 7: Procedures
for Annual General Adjustments, to change the contact information in the Mandatory
Notice to Tenant in case of a banked annual general adjustment.

Member Almond, and Alternate Grunewald
Absent: 1- Committee Member Pardo de Zela
The RHC provided feedback to revise the CSFRA Regulations Chapter 11: Registration
amendment language and bring back at a future RHC meeting.
7.4 Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Program Recommended Budget for FY
2021-22 and FY 2022-23 and Establishment of a Space Rental Fee.
Program Manager van Deursen presented a report and responded to questions.

8.1 Upcoming Monthly Workshops, Clinics and Office Hours
Analyst Kennedy presented on the monthly workshops, clinics and office hours.
Committee Member Ramos shared an idea to hold a webinar on the joint petition to add housing
services.
9. ADJOURNMENT - At 8:54 p.m., Chair Almond adjourned the meeting to the next RHC
meeting to be held on Monday, May 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. via video conference.

amended by Assembly Bill No. 361
Recommendation: To adopt a Resolution of the Rental Housing Committee of the City of Mountain
View Making Findings Authorizing Continued Remote Teleconference meetings of the
Rental Housing Committee Pursuant to Brown Act Provisions as Amended by
Assembly Bill No. 361, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1
to this memorandum).

landlords provide Notice of Applicability of Community Stabilization and Fair Rent
Act at the commencement of a new tenancy.
