SPEAKING FROM THE FLOOR WITH COMMENTS: Tim Larson Theresa McFarland Edie Keating Joshua Howard Alexander Brown MOTION: M/S - Ramos/Almond - To adopt amendments to CSFRA Regulations to add Chapter 12: Compliance and General Remedies and MHRSO Regulations to add Chapter 12: Compliance and General Remedies with an amendment to MHRSO Regulations Chapter 12 to change the effective date to December 1, 2022. Yes: 5- Committee Member Almond, Committee Member Pardo de Zela, Committee Member Rosas, Vice Chair Ramos, and Chair Haines-Livesay 9.3 Rental Housing Committee Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2023 Program Manager van Deursen presented a report and responded to questions. SPEAKING FROM THE FLOOR WITH COMMENTS: No public comments received. MOTION: M/S - Ramos/Rosas - To approve the Rental Housing Committee Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2023 with amendments to change June 19, 2023 to June 12, 2023 and December 11, 2023 to December 18, 2023. 10. COMMITTEE/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE 10.1 Upcoming Monthly Workshops, Clinics and Office Hours Senior Management Analyst Black presented on the monthly workshops, clinics and office hours. 11. CLOSED SESSION REPORTS Karen Tiedemann, Special Counsel, reported out from closed session that the RHC received a report on pending litigation and no action was taken. 12. ADJOURNMENT - At 9:53 p.m., Chair Haines-Livesay adjourned the meeting to the next RHC meeting to be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. via video conference.
