CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC Theresa McFarland thanked the RHC for making progress with the requested changes to the landlord database. 5. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Monthly Status Report October 2022 Senior Management Analyst Black presented a report and responded to questions. SPEAKING FROM THE FLOOR WITH COMMENTS: No public comments received. The RHC reviewed the Monthly Status Report for November 2022 and provided feedback to staff. 7.2 Community Outreach and Fiscal Year 2022-23 Communications Plan Overview Senior Management Analyst Black presented a report and responded to questions. SPEAKING FROM THE FLOOR WITH COMMENTS: No public comments received. The RHC received an overview of the community outreach and education efforts for the Rent Stabilization Program and provide feedback. 8. COMMITTEE/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE 8.1 Upcoming Monthly Workshops, Clinics and Office Hours City of Mountain View Page 2 Rental Housing Committee Minutes November 14, 2022 Analyst Kennedy presented on the monthly workshops, clinics and office hours. SPEAKING FROM THE FLOOR WITH COMMENTS: Bee Hanson asked if the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization workshop was for all parks or for an individual park. 9.
