The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

Committee Member Madison arrived at 7:11 p.m.

4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
Steve Welter asked the RHC if it is necessary to create RUBS regulations because he has not
seen large fluctuations in utility costs at the properties he owns.
Malia Pires is in favor of RUBS regulations as she has seen utility costs change by $150-$300
per month.

to questions.

Code of Conduct to bring into conformance with the Mountain View City Council
amendments to City Council Code of Conduct and clarify process for establishing an
agenda for Rental Housing Committee meetings.

7.4 Annual General Adjustment of Rent 2023

RHC to serve as Chairperson and Vice-Chair Rosas as Vice-Chairperson for an annual
term from May 2023 until the end of April 2024.
