NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Overview Rent Stabilization Program Recommendation: Receive a presentation on the basics of the Rent Stabilization Program 7.2 Rent Stabilization Program Quarterly Report Recommendation: Receive an overview of the Rent Stabilization Program’s Quarterly Report and provide feedback. Attachments: Staff Report ATT 1 - Quarterly Report: Quarter 2, Fiscal Year 2022-23 7.3 Amendments to CSFRA Regulations Chapter 3 - Code of Conduct Recommendation: To review and adopt amendments to CSFRA Regulations Chapter 3: Code of Conduct to bring into conformance with Mountain View City Council amendments to City Council Code of Conduct and clarify process for establishing agenda for Rental Housing Committee meetings.
