All members of the Senior Advisory Committee will participate in the meeting by video conference, with no physical meeting location. APPROVE MINUTES 3.1 Minutes Recommendation: Approve Minutes from March 16, 2022 meeting Attachments: Minutes 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on non-agenda items. 5. PRESENTATIONS 5.1 Micaela Hellman-Tincher, Housing and Neighborhood Services Manager Recommendation: The Senior Advisory Committee (SAC) will receive an update on current and upcoming housing projects within the City 5.2 Rengstorff Park Maintenance and Tennis Buildings (CIP 21-48) - Development of Public Art Recommendation: Staff will facilitate a discussion with the selected artists and committee regarding the Mountain View community. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6.1 Communications Subcommittee Recommendation: The SAC will receive an update on the work being done by the Communications Subcommittee. 6.2 Senior Center Subcommittee Recommendation: The SAC will receive an update on the work being done by the Senior Center Subcommittee. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time. 8.1 Senior Center Update Recommendation: Staff will provide a brief summary of Senior Center programming during the month of February. 8.2 Committee Roundtable Recommendation: No action will be taken on any questions raised by the SAC at this time. Approval by the SAC to agendize for future meetings can be reached by a majority vote. 9.
