ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UPCOMING AGENDA TOPICS This portion of the agenda is reserved for indtification of agenda items for futrue meetings. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6.1 17-418 Update On 2017 Artist Showcase And Celebration Event. Recommendation: Staff will provide a brief update on the 2017 Artist Showcase and Celebration event. 6.2 17-419 Sidewalk Studio Pilot Program. Recommendation: Staff will present language for Visual Arts Committee review for the Sidewalk Studio Pilot Program guidelines and requirements to paint a utility box. 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 17-420 Public Art Strategy. Recommendation: The Visual Arts Committee will discuss the vision and the deliverables for the Public Art Strategy.
