Vice Chair Naegele called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present 4- Vice Chair Devon Conley, Commissioner Russell Devine, Chair Jonathan Herbach,
and Vice Chair Katherine Naegele
Absent 1- Commissioner Paul Hepfer

4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC - None
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
5.1 Step Two for Reviewing Park Land Acquisition Program.
• Review the process and goals of Community Development Department (CDD)
staff when working with developers to include park land in their projects.
• Review major developments currently in the City’s planning process with CDD
staff.
Senior Planner Pancholi presented an oral report and answered the Commissioner's questions.

Vice Chair Naegele adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m. to the next Regular Meeting of December
13, 2017, in the Senior Center, 266 Escuela Avenue.

- Anyone who is planning to attend a meeting who is visually or hearing-impaired or has any disability that needs special

arrange for assistance. Upon request, in advance, by a person with a disability, agendas and writings distributed during
the meeting that are public records will be made available in the appropriate alternative format. Also upon request, in
advance, an assistive listening device can be made available for use during the meeting.
