MINUTES APPROVAL Approval of Minutes Recommendation: That Parks and Recreation Commission approve the September 13, 2017 minutes. Attachments: Minutes 4. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Step Two for Reviewing Park Land Acquisition Program. Recommendation: • Review the process and goals of Community Development Department (CDD) staff when working with developers to include park land in their projects. • Review major developments currently in the City’s planning process with CDD staff.
