APPROVE MINUTES 3.1 Minutes Approval Recommendation: Approve the September 5 meeting minutes. Attachments: Minutes 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Committee on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Committee from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Visual Arts Committee Presentation Attachments: Memo - Public Art Strategy John Lang, Economic Vitality Manager, will present on the Public Art Strategy. Committee members will provide feedback and input on the draft goals, strategies, and initiatives. 6.2 2023-24 Youth Advisory Committee Work Plan Committee members will work on the 2023-24 Youth Advisory Committee Work Plan. 6.3 Teen Wellness Retreat Committee members will discuss the Teen Wellness Retreat event.
