And is to be treated as an Ordinance with two readings per state of TN. • ORDINANCE: 2017-10-01 An Ordinance of the Munford Board of Mayor and Aldermen to zone territories west of the Munford Corporate Limits: Property located on Simmons Road (owned by Foundation Capital Resources, Inc.) and to rezone property located on Simmons Road (owned by Foundation Capital Resources, Inc.) from B-1 (Neighborhood Business) District to R-1 (Low Density Residential) District. *Ordinance:2017-10-01 comes with positive recommendation from City of Munford Planning Commission. • RESOLUTION: 2017-11-01 A Resolution adopting a plan of service for area to be annexed into the City of Munford, Tennessee: Property located on Simmons Road (owned by Foundation Capital Resources, Inc.)  • ORDINANCE: 2017-10-02 An Ordinance of the Munford Board of Mayor and Aldermen to amend the Munford Municipal Zoning Map to rezone properties on Simmons Road and Pristine Cove (Thomas Tracey property and Terry Mullins property) from B-1 (Neighborhood Business) District to P-B (Planned Business) District. *Ordinance:2017-10-02 comes with positive recommendation from City of Munford Planning Commission.
