First Reading  ORDINANCE: 2017-12-01 An Ordinance to amend the Munford Municipal Zoning Map to rezone property on Simmons Road (Thomas Tracey Property) from B-1 (Neighborhood Business) District to R-1 (Low Density Residential) District. *Ordinance:2017-12-01 comes with positive recommendation from City of Munford Planning Commission.  RESOLUTION: 2017-12-01 A Resolution of support for the Memphis Regional Megasite.  Request a motion to adopt the ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan in compliance with the TDOT requirements.  Request a motion authorizing the Mayor to send a letter to TDOT’s Director of Engineering, Paul Degges, outling the development of the ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan.  Request a motion to give Mayor authority to execute contractual agreements with Enscor for construction of the MultiModal Sidewalk project.  D.
