Have a discussion regarding these topics, provide comments and/or ask questions of staff, and then allow the public to provide comments or ask questions. APPROVAL OF AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENTS Any member of the public may address the Commission during the public comments portion of the agenda on items within the Commission's jurisdiction that are not already scheduled for consideration on this agenda. Consider and Approve the Notice of Exemption for New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures (Class 3 New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) pursuant to California Code of Regulations Title 14, Section 15303 of the Guidelines for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and 2. Adopt the RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MURRIETA APPROVING REVISED PERMIT (CUP) 2024-00030 FOR THE Page 1 of 2 Planning Commission Meeting Agenda April 9, 2025 CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A 4,680 SQ. FT.
