However, the Commission can take no action on matters that are not part of the posted agenda. A time limit of three minutes may be applied on each individual addressing the Commission. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes Recommended Action: Approve the minutes of the February 12, 2025 Regular Planning Commission meeting. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Presentation and Discussion of Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update and Trails Master Plan Recommended Action: 1. Recommend to the City Council approval of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update and find the Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update consistent with the General Plan. 2. Recommend to the City Council approval of the new Trails Master Plan and find the Trails Master Plan consistent with the General Plan. 2. Proposed additions to the Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2025/26-2029/30 in conformance with the City of Murrieta General Plan 2035. Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Murrieta, California, making a finding to the City Council that the new proposed additions to the Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2025/26 through 2029/30 are in conformance with the City of Murrieta General Plan 2035.
