Speakers shall be given three (3) minutes to speak. A speaker needing a translator and/or interpreter may be given six (6) minutes to speak. Members of the public wishing to address the Council on non- agenda items may do so pursuant to the same time constraints as agenda items. Consideration and/or possible action to approve Resolution R04-2025; A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Nash, Texas, suspending the effective date for ninety days in connection with the application to increase natural gas rates filed by Summit Utilities Arkansas, Inc., on or about  March 10, 2025; Requiring reimbursement of Municipal rate case expenses; Authorizing participation in a coalition of similarly situated cities; Authorizing the retention of Special Counsel and Experts; Finding that the meeting complies with the Open Meetings Act; Making other findings and provisions related to the subject; Containing Severability and Superseding Clauses; Containing Legislative Findings; and Declaring an effective date. H. Consideration and/or possible action to approve the purchase of a 2025 W5H 4X4 Crew Chas Cab DRW. Primary funding provided by a Texas Forestry Services Grant of up to $60,000 with a 10% match. Total price for the 2025 W5H 4X4 Crew Chas Cab DRW is $74,115.00. I. Consideration and/or possible action to approve Resolution R04-2025A: A Resolution authorizing the purchase of a fire truck from Safe Industries through the HGAC Cooperative Purchasing Program. J. Consideration and/or possible action to approve Resolution R04-2025B; A Resolution regarding a contract for the purpose of financing a Fire Truck. K.
