Call to Order, Roll Call, Establishment of Quorum: ___ Robert Bunch ___ Jason Green ___ Troy James ___ Jimmy Norwood ___ Castula Rodriguez ___ Dale Vickers Citizen Comment “Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.007, members of the public may speak on an agenda item during the public communication section of the meeting or at the time the agenda item is called for discussion by the mayor. Speakers shall be given three (3) minutes to speak. A speaker needing a translator and/or interpreter may be given six (6) minutes to speak. Members of the public wishing to address the Council on non- agenda items may do so pursuant to the same time constraints as agenda items. The Council will not comment on items not on the agenda; however, the Council may refer the item to City Staff for research, resolution, or referral of the matter to the Council as a future agenda item.” Agenda: C. Consideration and/or possible action to approve minutes from February 9, 2026, Regular Council Meeting. D. Wilf and Henderson to make a presentation to the Council for the City’s 2025 Audit and Approval. E. Consideration and/or possible action to approve Schneider Electric Development Agreement through TIPS. F. Receive Certification of Unopposed Candidates for General Election scheduled for May 2, 2026, and adopt Order of Cancellation for said election and declaring said unopposed candidates for City Council elected for 2 year terms to expire May 2028 – Mayor, Councilmember Place One, Councilmember Place Four and Councilmember Place Five. G. Consideration and/or possible acction to approve Ordinance No. 03-2026; An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Nash, Texas amending Ordinance 11-07 adopting a Hotel Occupancy Tax; Levied Tax Percent; Definitions; Collection of Tax; Providing a severability clause; Establishing penalities for the violation of this Ordinance.
