Public Hearing to discuss the proposed rezoning of approximately .27 acres, located at 424 Greenwood Ave., Nash, TX, legally described as Greenwood Addn (Nash), Lot 1, 2025-12464 12/18/25, BLK/TRACT 3, from Residential (R1) to Residential (R2) Zoning District. The proposal submitted for this rezoning includes the construction of a Multifamily Triplex Dwelling. B. Close Public Hearing. Regular Council Meeting: C. Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance D. Consideration and/or possible action on the Nash CDBG Downtown Revitalization Program 2025 Grant No. CDM24-0065 to award the contract to Francis Excavating in the total amount of $357,567.33, inclusive of the base bid and Additive Alternate 2 (Lighting).  H. Consideration and/or possible action to approve Ordinance No. 04-2026; An Ordinance of the City of Nash, Bowie County, Texas, Authorizing the installation of no parking signs on Ron Collins Drive and Dan Boyles Way in the City of Nash, Texas; providing for enforcement of this ordinance; providing punishment for illegal parking; for the repeal of any conflicting ordinances; providing for publication of the caption of this ordinance and establishing the effective date. I. Consideration and/or possible action to approve Ordinance No. 04-2026A; An Ordinance of the City of Nash, Texas, establishing traffic control devices on Ron Collins Drive; Providing for the installation of stop signs at designated intersections; providing for penalties; providing a severability clause; providing a repealer clause; and providing an effective date. J. Consideration and/or possible action to approve Ordinance No. 04-2026B; An Ordinance of the City of Nash, Texas, establishing traffic control devices on Dan Boyles Way; Providing for the installation of stop signs at designated intersections; providing for penalties; providing a severability clause; providing a repealer clause; and providing an effective date. K.
