MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES OCTOBER 12, 2010 1. Mayor Robert Mezzo called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following in attendance: BURGESSES: RESIDENTS: Three T. K. Rossi H. Kuczenski, Sr. R. Burns R. Neth PRESS: A. Campbell, 6:06 p.m. P. Scully R. DeRosa M. Ciacciarella R. Woodfield, absent M. V. Fragoso, 6:10 p.m. DEPARTMENT HEADS: OTHERS: J. Stewart, Public Works Director H. Kuczenski, Jr., Treasurer K. Hanks, Fire Chief J. Trzaski, Pension Board 2. Mayor Mezzo led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Scully that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses recess to the Firemen’s Pension Plan “C” Board at 6:01p.m. Mayor Mezzo reconvened the meeting at 6:05 p.m. 4. Motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses approve the road acceptance of Graham Ridge Road and Westover Drive as described in the warranty deed and release the subdivision road bond as recommended by Borough Engineer Wayne Zirolli and the Planning Commission. Motion withdrawn and tabled. 5. Discussion/possible action regarding the Rock Salt bid from Eastern Salt Company. Tabled. 6. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Neth that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses approve the minor cosmetic changes to the Blight Ordinance as indicated by the documents provided to the Borough Board. 7. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Scully to adjourn the meeting at 6:17 p.m. A tape recording of this meeting is available in the office of the Borough Clerk for further review.
