BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES
APRIL 9, 2012
1. Mayor Robert A. Mezzo called the special meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. with the
following in attendance:

T. K. Rossi L. Jackson None
M. Bronko R. Neth
R. Burns R. San Angelo, arrived 6:06 p.m. PRESS:
M. Ciacciarella, absent P. Scully, Sr. None
C. Ernsky, absent
DEPARTMENT HEADS: OTHERS:
None None
2. Mayor Mezzo led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded
by Burgess Neth to recess to Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. for
discussion on the following: Real Estate Negotiations. No one
outside of the Board was invited in.
Mayor Mezzo reconvened the meeting at 6:26 p.m.
4. There were no motions emanating from Executive Session.
5. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Bronko and seconded by
Burgess Scully to adjourn the special meeting at 6:27 p.m.
The meeting was not recorded.
