MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES MAY 13, 2013 1. Mayor Robert Mezzo called the special meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. with the following in attendance: BURGESSES: PRESS: T. K. Malicki, Fire Commission F. Dambowsky, Emergency. Management Director 2. Mayor Mezzo led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Burns that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses authorize Mayor Mezzo to execute all contracts and related documents for the proposed Master Lease and Sublease regarding the General Data Comm Property at 6 Rubber Avenue based on a favorable report from the Planning Commission pursuant to Section 8-24 of the General Statutes in a form approved by Borough Attorney Edward Fitzpatrick. 4. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Ernsky that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses approve the appointment of Samantha Stirk (R), 71 Longwood Drive, Naugatuck, CT 06770 as an alternate member of the Board of Finance, filling the unexpired term of E. Linares, term to expire June 1, 2015. 5. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Burns to adjourn the meeting at 6:18 p.m. A digital recording of this meeting is not available in the office of the Borough Clerk for further review.
