MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES APRIL 21, 2014 1. Mayor Robert A. Mezzo called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following in attendance: BURGESSES: PRESS: T. K. Rossi R. Neth None M. Bronko, absent A. Olbrys R. Burns . P. Scully, Sr RESIDENTS: C. Ernsky, absent R. Vitale None L. Jackson, absent OTHERS: DEPARTMENT HEADS: R. Pugliese, Naugatuck Economic Development Corp. None 2. Mayor Mezzo led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Neth to recess to Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. for discussion on the following: Real Estate Negotiations (General Data Comm Property) inviting in Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation CEO R. Pugliese. Mayor Mezzo reconvened the meeting at 6:14 p.m. 4. The following motion emanated from Executive Session. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Burns that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses authorize Mayor Robert A. Mezzo to execute any and all documents related to a short-term lease agreement between the Borough of Naugatuck and YoCrunch, its affiliates, successors or assigns to store no more than twenty storage trailers on Parcel B at the General DataComm property on a temporary basis, subject to final approval by the borough attorney. 5. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Scully and seconded by Deputy Mayor Rossi to adjourn the meeting at 6:15 p.m. A digital recording of this meeting is not available in the office of the Borough Clerk for further review.
