MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES JULY 30, 2019 1. Mayor “Pete” Hess called the special meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. with the following in attendance: BURGESSES: PRESS: L. Taf Jackson, via phone D. Hoff E. Gugliotti M. Bronko, absent R. Neth, absent R. Burns, absent R. Vitale RESIDENTS: J. DeOliveira D. Wisniewski None C. Herb DEPARTMENT HEADS: OTHERS: A. Bruce, Controller None 2. Burgess Wisniewski led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Wisniewski and seconded by Burgess DeOliveira that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses award the bid for the “Removal of the Solar Panels from the High School Roof and Related Repair Work” to G. L. Capasso, Inc., 34 Lloyd Street, New Haven, CT 06513 in the amount of $183,540.00 and authorize Mayor Hess to execute all contracts and related documents as recommended by the Borough of Naugatuck Standing Building Committee. 4. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Hoff and seconded by Burgess DeOliveira to adjourn the special meeting at 6:14 p.m. A digital recording of this meeting is available in the office of the Borough Clerk for further review.
