Special Meeting – November 22, 2022
For the record:
Mayor Hess: “I’m going to vote for this at the request of the superintendent but using this
money with the understanding that we’re not going to receive reimbursement until, I don’t
know how long, but for some period of time that could be lengthy means that there won’t
be any money in the Capital Reserve Account to do other projects until we get
reimbursement. Is that understood?”

Bronko that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses approve the HVAC Grant
Project at Hop Brook Elementary School in an amount not to exceed
$4,270,000. as recommended by the Naugatuck Standing Building
Committee.
For the record:
Mayor Hess: “For clarification purposes and the record Allyson, this is the new final
number that we’re working with right now for the entire project and some of the money
will come from ARPA, some from our Capital Reserve Account and some from the state,
correct?”
