Public Works: Recommend attorney Abts finalizes changes as directed by council and amending our current sidewalk ordinance, Recommend awarding the 3 rd Street water and sewer contract to Precision Grading & Utilities at a cost not to exceed $115,866.40, Recommend authorizing the Certified Survey Map for Peckham Road to be recorded, Recommend not selling a portion of lot 22 at Brown Trout Court at this time due to possible future needs of the city, Discussed establishing a quiet zone for the Domtar Railroad crossing at 1st Street and Market Street, Discussed hiring Solarus to install updated equipment in order to establish a stronger WIFI signal at the wastewater and municipal garage area. Discussed next steps for SCADA upgrades at the water, wastewater plants, lift stations, wells and water tower. Discussion and possible action on Training, Equipment and Seminars.
