Dr. Robert Lee, Airport Director E) Approval of a contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield for 23-827 Stop-Loss insurance coverage for the City’s self-funded medical plans. Becca Miears, Director of Human Resources F) Approval of the submission of the Community 23-814 Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan, and its associated funding recommendations, for Program Year 2023 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
