EXECUTIVE SESSIONS In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, the City Council may convene in a closed session to discuss any of the following items; any final action or vote taken will be in public. In accordance with the Texas Government Code, Section 21-1360 551.071, the City Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning the items listed on this agenda to consult with its attorney. In addition, the City Council may convene in executive session on any of the following items, with any final action being taken in open session: A.
