Woods, Assistant City Manager B) Discuss and consider approval of the first reading of an ordinance amending the City of New Braunfels Code of Ordinances, Chapter 122-Taxation, Article II - Hotel Occupancy Tax, Section 122-36-Use of Proceeds, to allow use of hotel tax revenues to meet the Convention and Tourism Fund reserve balance of the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Jared Werner, Chief Financial Officer C) Second public hearing on the proposed tax rate for the City of New Braunfels for the 2018 tax year and announce the meeting date and time of adoption. Robert Camareno, City Manager D) Second public hearing on the FY 2018-19 Operating Budget and Plan of Municipal Services.
