MINUTES - FINAL OF THE NEW BRAUNFELS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING OF WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6, 2022 AGENDA CALL TO ORDER Mayor Brockman called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. CALL OF ROLL: CITY SECRETARY Planning Commission Board Present 6 - Chair Edwards, Commissioner Reaves, Vice Chair Laskowski, Commissioner Andersen-Vie, Commissioner Nolte, amd Commissioner Tubb Absent 3 - Commissioner Gibson, Commissioner Mathis, and Commissioner Sonier City Council Present 7 - Mayor Rusty Brockman, Councilmember Shane Hines, Mayor Pro Tem Justin Meadows, Councilmember Harry Bowers, Councilmember Lawrence Spradley, Councilmember Jason Hurta, and Councilmember James E. Blakey INVOCATION: COUNCILMEMBER BLAKEY Councilmember Blakey provided the invocation. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & SALUTE TO THE TEXAS FLAG Mayor Brockman led the Pledge of Allegiance and the Salute to the Texas Flag. 1. WORKSHOP Presentation, discussion and possible direction on the Land Development Ordinance Assessment Report Christopher Looney made preliminary remarks and introduced the Speakers Matt Goebel and Jenny Baker. Matt Goebel made preliminary remarks and presented this item. Jenny Baker presented additional information on this item. Wednesday, April 6, 2022 New Braunfels Special City Council Regular Meeting  Matt Goebel opened the floor for discussion with City Council and Planning Commission members. Mayor Brockman opened Public Comment. The following individuals spoke at this time: Susie Lynn, Michael French, Joan Pasquali, Lori Shrank, and Timothy Davis. 4.
