Mayor Brockman called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

Councilmember Hurta arrived at 4:05 p.m.
Present 7 - Mayor Rusty Brockman, Councilmember Shane Hines,
Councilmember Christopher Willis, Mayor Pro Tem Harry
Bowers, Councilmember Lawrence Spradley, Councilmember
Jason Hurta, and Councilmember James E. Blakey
1. WORKSHOP
A) Presentation, discussion and possible direction to staff on the City of
New Braunfels Workforce Housing Advisory Committee report and
committee recommendations.
Mayor Brockman read the aforementioned workshop item.
Workforce Housing Advisory Committee Chairman, Stephen
Brockman, gave introduction to this item and to discuss the needs for
local and affordable housing.
Jeff Jewell presented this item, providing a PowerPoint, outlining
economic outlook and Workforce Housing recommendations.
Jeff Jewell opened the floor for discussion with City Council and

Mayor Brockman opened Public Comment
