A) Approval of the December 14, 2021, regular meeting 22-175
minutes.

This time is for citizens to address the Historic Landmark Commission on issues and items of
concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Historic Landmark Commission action at this
time.
5. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
A) DM2022-0311: Review two (2) structures located at 295 22-176
S Plum for historic landmark eligibility in response to a
demolition permit request.
B) DM2022-0208: Review the primary structure located at 22-178
369 E Mather for historic landmark eligibility in response
to a demolition permit request.
C) HST22-077: Consider a Certificate of Alteration for the 22-180
construction of a single family, two-story home and a
detached garage located at 555 S Academy, located in
the Sophienburg Hill Historic District.
D) HST22-079: Consider a Certificate of Alteration for the 22-181
installation of a new projecting blade sign at 299 W San
Antonio, located in the Downtown Historic District.

B) Appointment of one (1) HLC Commissioner to the 22-184
