INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) DM2022-0499: Determination of historic significance for 22-294 the primary structure located at 120 W Faust in response to a demolition permit application. B) DM2022-0479: Determination of historic significance for 22-296 the primary structure located at 312 E Camp in response to a demolition permit application. C) HST22-090: Consider a request for a Certificate of 22-297 Alteration for site improvements at 410 W Coll. D) HST22-112: Consider a request for a Certificate of 22-343 Alteration for the installation of a front concrete walkway located at 555 Hill Avenue. 6. STAFF REPORT A) Discuss ways in which to expand upon existing 22-298 notification requirements for certificates of alteration and demolition requests within historic landmark districts. B) Discuss and consider the creation of a Preservation 22-308 Month subcommittee C) Upcoming Local Events and NAPC Forum 2022 22-299 7.
