APPROVAL OF MINUTES A) Approval of the minutes of the August 11, 2022 22-1763 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board meeting. 4. CITIZENS' COMMUNICATIONS This time is for citizens to address the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board on issues and items of concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board action at this time. 5. PRESENTATIONS 6. CONSENT ITEMS A) Update on items previously considered by the 22-1764 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board. All items listed below are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered as part of the normal order of business. 7. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) Discuss and consider acceptance of the resignation of 22-1765 Charles Allan Wentt from the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board District 2 seat. B) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-1771 to restrict parking on N Academy Avenue near the intersection with N Walnut Avenue. C) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-1766 to amend Section 126-346 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of New Braunfels to establish a no parking zone City of New Braunfels, Texas Page 1 Posted On: 1/5/2023 3:54:23PM  Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board Agenda January 12, 2023 in front of 2043 Spur Street. D) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-1769 to revise the date and time of the water recreation loading zone in Prince Solms Park. E) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-1767 to remove or revise existing no parking zones in the City of New Braunfels Code of Ordinances. F) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-1768 to remove or revise existing parking restrictions in the City of New Braunfels Code of Ordinances. G) Discuss and consider rescheduling the May, October, 22-1770 and November 2023 meetings of the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board in order to accommodate Chamber of Commerce events and Wurstfest. 8.
