APPROVAL OF MINUTES A) Approval of the minutes of the January 12, 2023 23-90 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board meeting. 4. CITIZENS' COMMUNICATIONS This time is for citizens to address the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board on issues and items of concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board action at this time. 5. PRESENTATIONS A) Presentation and discussion on the Proposed 2023 Bond 23-116 Program propositions. 6. CONSENT ITEMS All items listed below are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered as part of the normal order of business. 7. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) Presentation with recommendation to City Council to 23-96 amend the existing Golf Carts and Neighborhood Electric Vehicles ordinance to include other Recreational Off-highway Vehicles. B) Discuss and consider the election of a vice chair. 23-117 C) Discuss and consider approval of the 2023 calendar for 23-118 the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board meetings. 8.
