APPROVAL OF MINUTES A) Approval of the minutes of the February 9th, 2023 23-450 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board meeting. 4. CITIZENS' COMMUNICATIONS This time is for citizens to address the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board on issues and items of concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board action at this time. 5. PRESENTATIONS A) Presentation and discussion on the responsibility of the 23-430 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board to hear and decide on variance cases relating to the right-of-way access and management requirements in Section 114 Article IV of the City of New Braunfels Code of Ordinances. B) Presentation and discussion on the proposed pavement 23-431 markings and signs for Klein Way between Klein Road and Settlers Crossing. 6. CONSENT ITEMS All items listed below are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered as part of the normal order of business. 7. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 23-448 to install speed humps on Lazy Trail between Sunrise and Hideaway Circle.
