Powhatan Street Bridge Rehabilitation Over Brier Ditch – Final Design ______ Motion: I move that the City Council of the City of New Carrollton approve the Powhatan Street Bridge Rehabilitation proposed cost for the final design process, as presented by Charles P. Johnson & Associates. (__________) 3. Gun Buyback Funding ______ Motion: I move that the City Council of the City of New Carrollton approve  funding of $20,000. The funds will be used as incentives via gift cards for individuals to participate in the gun buy back program. The funds will be allocated from the Police Budget line item 01-3010-58120. (_________). 4. Ordinance 24-04: Prohibiting Smoking in Public Places (Third Reading) ______ Motion: I move that the City Council of the City of New Carrollton approve Ordinance 24-04. An Ordinance of the City Council Prohibiting Smoking in Public Places. (__________). 5.
