Mr. LaReaux is proposing a 100’x30’+ pole barn structure in the rear of building. A rear yard Area Variance is required as the building is existing, nonconforming due to proximity to boundary on north side. Tax Map #329.006-3-20; Zoning: C2 Commercial Retail Business. The application of Mr. Anthony Giglio for property located at 200 Old Campion Road, New Hartford, New York. Mr. Giglio is proposing to construct a 40’x60’+ pole barn addition for storage to the rear of existing building. The addition requires a 13’9”+ side yard setback Area Variance. Tax Map #329.010-2-8; Zoning: Manufacturing. The application of LL Bean for a sign Area Variance at Consumer Square, 4781 Commercial Drive, New Hartford, New York. The proposed sign is 190.5+ square feet and the maximum allowed size is 100 square feet. Therefore, the applicant is requesting a 90.5+ square foot sign Area Variance.
