Mr. Zalewski is proposing to construct an 18’+ accessory building on his property. The maximum height for an accessory building is 15’. Therefore, necessitating a height Area Variance of 3’+. Tax Map #329.017-2-49; Zoning: Low Density Residential. The application of Mr. John Eisenhut for Mr. Kerry Maring, Jr., 42 Imperial Drive, New Hartford, New York. The resident would like to build an extension to the front porch. The minimum front yard setback is 30’ and the proposed addition will be approximately 25’+.
