HEARING: _____________________________________________________________________ In the matter of the Charges Filed Against Firefighter Robin Haffner Charged Party By City of New Richmond City Administrator Noah Wiedenfeld Charging Party ______________________________________________________________________ The New Richmond Board of Police and Fire Commissioners will convene the evidentiary hearing in the above-entitled matter pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 62.13(5)., and the New Richmond Board of Police and Fire Commissioners Rules of Procedures 6. CLOSED SESSION PER STATE STATUTE 19.85 (1)(A) AND (G) 6.1. Please take notice the Police and Fire Commission will convene in closed session for the purpose of deliberating and consulting with legal counsel with regard to the above matter.  During this closed session the Police and Fire Commission shall also consider the request of the court to clarify the Commission’s intent in regard to the appeal and reconsideration of St. Croix County Circuit Court Case Case No.: 2022-CV-257, Jonathan Haffner v New Richmond Police and Fire Commission. This closed session is pursuant to Wis. Stats. Section 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel on a matter in which it is involved. The Police and Fire Commission’s legal counsel and a majority of the Police and Fire Commission may participate virtually/remotely. This deliberation is continued from 27 Nov 2023, 29 Nov 2023, and 6 Dec 2023 and 11 December 2023. 6.2.
