ADJOURNMENT  Police and Fire Commission Meeting Minutes Monday, April 22, 2024 at 1:00 PM Council Chambers The Police and Fire Commission of the City of New Richmond was called to order on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 1:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present: PRESENT: Kirk Lindell, Jon Hailey, Shawn Demulling ABSENT: Andrea Guinn, Michael Hedges OTHERS Sarah Reese, Chief Yehlik, Deputy Chief Koehler PRESENT: CALL TO ORDER Jon Hailey, Commission Chair, called the meeting to order at 1:02 pm ROLL CALL ADOPTION OF AGENDA Kirk Lindell made a motion to approve the Agenda. Shawn Demulling seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Kirk Lindell made a motion to approve the Minutes from April 1, 2024. Shawn Demulling seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS COMMISSION CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR NOMINATIONS AND VOTING No action taken on this item, move to next meeting. Kirk Lindell made a motion to go into Closed Session per State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Shawn Demulling seconded the motion. Carried unanimously.
