7.A Consider the adoption of the minutes from the City Commission special and

regular meetings held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
7.B Consider the approval for the acceptance of an FAA Grant for ITB 16-26-AIR:
Installation of Wildlife Chain-Link Fence.
7.C Consider the approval for the acceptance of an FAA grant for the ITB 15-26-
AIR: Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) Navigational Aid Systems on
Runways 7, 25, and 29.
7.D Consider the approval of a Contract with Attaway for the Airport Fuel Farm
Rehabilitation.
7.E Consider the approval of a cancellation of a Contract with Veterans Fuel
Management, LLC and approve an invoice from Semler Industries and
OMNTEC for the Airport Fuel Farm Rehabilitation.
7.F Consider the approval of a contract with A.G. Pifer for repairs to the Grayce
Barck Park Boardwalk.
7.G Consider the approval of a contract with A.G. Pifer for repairs to the City
Gym.
7.H Special Event: Consider the approval of the Southeast Volusia Historical
Society's Heritage Day Event 2027, to be held on Saturday, March 13, 2027.

10.A Ordinance No. 29-26: Conduct a Second Reading and Public Hearing of an
Ordinance, which, if adopted, would amend section 604.051 of the Land
Development Regulations.
11. ORDINANCES FIRST READINGS

11.A Ordinance No. 36-26: Conduct a First Reading of an Ordinance, which, if
adopted, upon the Second Reading and Public Hearing, would amend Code
of Ordinances, Chapter 26, Building and Building Regulations, Section 26,
Article III, Permits and Inspections.
12. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
12.A Board Vacancy Notice: The Police Pension board has one (1) vacancy open
due to a member whose term is expiring on October 2, 2026.
12.B Board Vacancy Notice: The Building Trades Examining Board has one (1)
vacancy due to resignation.
12.C Board Vacancy Notice: The Housing Authority currently has two (2)
vacancies due to reappointment.
12.D Board Vacancy Notice: The Utilities Commission has one (1) vacancy open
due to re-appointment.

which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Such person must provide a method
for recording the proceedings.
