SPECIAL MEETING 3.A Resolution No. 15-26: Consider the adoption of Resolution No. 15-26 which if adopted would set the Maximum Millage Rate for the New Smyrna Beach Operating Levy for Fiscal Year 2027 and authorizing its advertisement in the 2026 TRIM Notice. 3.B Resolution No. 16-26: Consider the adoption of Resolution No. 16-26, which, if adopted, would set the Maximum Millage Rate for the New Smyrna Beach I & S 2018 Levy for the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget and Authorizing Its Advertisement in the 2026 TRIM Notice 3.C Ordinance No. 35-26: Conduct a First Reading of an Ordinance, which, if adopted at a Second Reading and Public Hearing, would approve a change in the stormwater fee from $125.00 to $150.00 per Equivalent Drainage Unit (EDU). 3.D Resolution No. 18-26: Consider the Adoption of Resolution No. 18-26 which, if adopted, would approve the Preliminary Fire Rescue Assessment Rate Resolution, Establish the Maximum Fire Rescue Assessment Rates for Fiscal Year 2027, and Authorize Their Inclusion in the 2026 Truth in Millage (TRIM) The City of New Smyrna Beach July 28, 2026 1  Notice. 4.
