MINUTES Plan Commission Meeting 6:30 PM - Tuesday, November 7, 2023 Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin The Plan Commission of the The Village of Newburg was called to order on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 6:30 PM, in the Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin, with the following members present: 1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL Trustee Member (Chair)Dave DeLuka Trustee Member Bill Sackett Trustee Member Mike Enright Trustee Member Mike Heili Citizen Member Al Wollner Citizen Member Sandy Stockhausen Citizen Member Roger Zorn Citizen Member VACANT All members present except for Zorn whom was excused, 6-1 (one vacancy). A quorum was met and the meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. 2. BUSINESS A. Consideration of all requests made by Central United Corp. (6789 Carmody Ct.) in plans for an accessory building through the addition of a storage only facility located on an existing concrete pad previously approved by Plan Commission, to the extent the Plan Commission has the authority to approve or grant related to the pursuit of compliance with local ordinances, approval of a site plan, and issuance of a building permit.  Administrator Wendelborn explained the addition on the existing cement slab that was presented by Central United. Stating this is a formality so they are able to continue to proceed with State approval and get this years pricing through Walters. Moved by Heili; seconded by Enright. Motion prevailed by a roll call vote of 6-0-1. 3. ADJOURNMENT Meetings of the Plan Commission are tenatively on the calendar for the first Thursday of each month. Members will be notified at least one week prior to a meeting date if a meeting will take place. The next potential meeting of the Plan Commission is scheduled for 630pm on Thursday, December 7, 2023.  Plan Commission November 7, 2023 The meeting adjourned at 6:38 PM.
