MINUTES Plan Commission Meeting 7:00 PM - Thursday, April 4, 2024 Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin The Plan Commission of The Village of Newburg was called to order on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 7:00 PM, in the Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin, with the following members present: 1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL Trustee Member (Chair)Dave DeLuka Trustee Member Bill Sackett Trustee Member Mike Enright, arrived late due to fire call Trustee Member Mike Heili Citizen Member Al Wollner Citizen Member Sandy Stockhausen Citizen Member Roger Zorn All members present except for Zorn whom was absent, 6-1. A quorum was met and the meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. 2. BUSINESS A. Discussion and Approval of the CSM for the land division for Parcel V6_026800M located on Main St W and Carmody Ct, Owner Malachi Fortney Nate Wendelborn explained the land division and development proposal for a parcel of land in the Village of Newburg on W. Main St. Bill Sackett inquired about the need for a new lift station, Nate Wendelborn explained that it was unnecessary for those lots as the current infra structure has the capacity to handle. Motion to recommend approval of the CSM to the board of Trustees. Moved by Sackett; seconded by Stockhausen. Motion prevailed by a roll call vote of 5-0-2. 3. ADJOURNMENT Meetings of the Plan Commission are tentatively on the calendar for the first Thursday of each month. Members will be notified at least one week prior to a meeting date if a meeting will take place. The next potential meeting of the Plan Commission is scheduled for 700pm on Thursday, May 6, 2021.
