MINUTES Plan Commission Meeting 6:30 PM - Thursday, October 3, 2024 Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin The Plan Commission of the The Village of Newburg was called to order on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 6:30 PM, in the Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin, with the following members present: 1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL Trustee Member (Chair)Dave DeLuka Trustee Member Bill Sackett Trustee Member Mike Enright Citizen Member Mike Heili Citizen Member Al Wollner Citizen Member Sandy Stockhausen Citizen Member Roger Zorn All members present except for Trustee Enright (Absent), Commissioner Wollner (Absent) & Commissioners Zorn (excused), 4-2-1. A quorum was met and the meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. 2. BUSINESS A. Discussion and Approval of the CSM to build new road between Parcels 027900U002 and 027900U003 located on Steeple View Dr, Owner Rocketmen Investments LLC. The only agenda item was the approval of a Conditional Subdivision Map (CSM) for two unbuildable lots on Staple View, managed by Rocket Man Investment. Administrator Wendelborn explained that the lots would become buildable with the installation of a private road, as outlined in the CSM. The legal agreement for the road's construction, detailing specifications like base course, asphalt thickness, and lane widths, was presented. The planning commission fee was noted as unpaid but would be added to the building permit application. Motion to approve the CSM to build new road between Parcels 027900U002 and 027900U003 located on Steeple View Dr. Moved by DeLuka; seconded by Sackett. Motion prevailed by a voice vote (7-0). The commissioners unanimously approved the CSM, and the agreement will be recommended to the village board for further legal review and implementation. 3. ADJOURNMENT Meetings of the Plan Commission are tentatively on the calendar for the first Thursday of each month. Members will be notified at least one week prior to a meeting date if a meeting will take place. The next potential meeting of the Plan Commission is scheduled for 630pm on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
