MINUTES Plan Commission Meeting 6:30 PM - Thursday, February 6, 2025 Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin The Plan Commission of the The Village of Newburg was called to order on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 6:30 PM, in the Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin, with the following members present: 1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL Trustee Member (Chair)Dave DeLuka Trustee Member Bill Sackett Trustee Member Mike Enright Citizen Member Al Wollner Citizen Member Mike Heili Citizen Member Sandy Stockhausen Citizen Member Roger Zorn All members present except for Trustee Enright (Excused), Trustee Sackett (Excused), 5-0-2. A quorum was met and the meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. 2. BUSINESS A. Discussion and Approval of conditional use extension of a mini storage unit located at 6725 Hickory Rd. West Bend, WI 53090. Motion to approve the Conditional Use of mini storage units locates at 6725 Hickory Rd. and that the only time this will be reevaluated in the future is if the use changes or the property is sold. Moved by DeLuka; seconded by Stockhausen. Motion prevailed by a roll call vote (5-0-2). B. Discussion and Possible Action for addition of four seasons room and rooftop seating at Cork n Barrel (Ten 15 Ventures LLC) located at 503 W. Main Street, West Bend, WI 53090 Discussion and overview of zoning and plans were discussed. Administrator Wendelborn recommended approving the request with all permitting going through our Building Inspector, Jeff Thoma. Motion to approve addition of a four seasons room and rooftop seating area at Cork N Barrel located at 503 W. Main St, West Bend, WI 53090. Moved by Heili; seconded by Wollner. Motion prevailed by a voice vote (5-0-2). 3. ADJOURNMENT Page 1 of 2  Plan Commission February 6, 2025 Meetings of the Plan Commission are tentatively on the calendar for the first Thursday of each month. Members will be notified at least one week prior to a meeting date if a meeting will take place. The next potential meeting of the Plan Commission is scheduled for 630pm on Thursday, March 6, 2024.
