Boat Ramp seems to be getting a lot of use! Zoning Committee had public meeting; all and all, it
went well. Moving forward with 1st reading this evening. David had some concerns with the
recent paving project with Tuscarawas County Engineer.

MAYOR: Lisa, Shannon , and I met with the director of Heritage Ohio. This is one of the
first steps of our Main Street project. We will be putting together a diverse group of residents,
business owner, building owner, and others to begin the process. In December, Heritage Ohio
will be sending a team to evaluate our Main Street. Their assessment will be presented to the
group and provide some direction of strengths, weaknesses, and where to start. We have
OMEGA on board with researching what grants will be available and the timing of each. Lisa
has been approved to set up an account which will be where we will keep funding for our land
transactions

reading only. There have been suggestions that came up. First reading is postponed until Zoning
Commission can meet again.

Westfield Solar Contract is postponed until Bob Stephenson can review it.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Create a new salary position for an Assistant Cemetery Superintendent (salary of $33,033). Jay
