Certificate given to Richard and Laurie Webb for their contribution to the Village’s Holiday decorations since 1991. COMMITTEE REPORTS BUILDINGS & GROUNDS- CHAIRPERSON DAVID SHEPHERD: Planning Commission met last week. Shannon has a nice zoning page on our website. Met with Mayor and ACH on the new Administrative Building layout plans. We are hoping to put out to bid at the end of January. NEW BUSINESS: Resolution 01-2022 A resolution authorizing the Mayor of the Village of Newcomerstown to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Ohio Brownfield Remediation Program.
